How/when will my order be shipped?

Within the US, orders ship via USPS or UPS.

International orders ship via USPS International or FedEx. For International orders, please see more information in our FAQ.

Once your payment is received, your order will ship out from our studio within 3 - 7 business days.

Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you need something expedited, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!

If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. We are happy to split orders upon request.

If you ordered an item that is produced by a drop shipping partner that item will ship separetly from your other items and will ship directly from their facility.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more.

For shipments to Hawai'i and other destinations, shipping charges are determined based on your location, as well as the total quantity and weight of the items in your order.

Awesome Surprise!

Received three surprise packages that I ordered to add to holiday gifts. The people receiving won't be disappointed. So many awesome things inside. I may need to keep a thing for two for myself :)

I ordered a surprise package, and it did not disappoint! I helps that I love EVERYTHING from Gingiber but it was so fun going through everything and deciding to keep or gift. I have ordered these in the past and was thrilled to see it offered again. I will definitely be ordering again!
