Note that you will be adding the 1 ½” wide rectangles as correctly cut and shown in the diagrams. The typos state as square pieces. For example, 5 ½” x 5 ½” background should state 1 ½” x 5 ½” background.
Final instructions should read: “Stitch a 1 ½" x 10 ½" background rectangle to the top and bottom. Press out. Stitch a 1 ½" x 12 ½" rectangle to each side. Press out.”
