Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 18, 2026 and ends on January 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Entries submitted outside of this time period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, submit your email address through the official giveaway entry form and complete the confirmation step sent via email. Only confirmed entries will be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) Tea Towel Club sets
Totaling twenty-four (24) tea towels

One set will be shipped to the winner, and one set will be shipped to a recipient of the winner’s choice.

The prize has no cash value, may not be transferred, and may not be substituted.

Shipping is included.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via email on January 26, 2026.

The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within 72 hours of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Public Announcement

By entering, participants agree that the winner’s first name and last initial may be used for announcement purposes.

Email Marketing Consent

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Gingiber.

Consent to receive marketing emails is not a condition of purchase and does not affect chances of winning.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

No Payment Required

This giveaway is completely free to enter.

Gingiber will never request credit card information, payment, or purchase to enter or claim the prize. Any communication requesting payment should be considered fraudulent.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted through automated or deceptive means.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical issues of any kind that may affect entry.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Gingiber from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
