Within the US, orders ship via USPS or UPS.

International orders ship via USPS International or FedEx. For International orders, please see more information in our FAQ.

Once your payment is received, your order will ship out from our studio within 3 - 7 business days.

Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you need something expedited, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!

If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. We are happy to split orders upon request.

If you ordered an item that is produced by a drop shipping partner that item will ship separetly from your other items and will ship directly from their facility.

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more.

Love at first buy!

I just received my first order from Gingiber. I got the bundle with the cardinals teatowel and the bees 🐝 teatowel. Also ordered the hands towel that was on sale. Love the quality…a bit thicker than others I’ve bought. Bright, rich graphics. I’ll be ordering more….I kinda have a kitchen towel addiction.
