Golden Garden gathers a whole flower bed onto one very useful piece of cotton. Every bloom is designed to feel grown rather than printed. You get a garden that keeps blooming in February, asks nothing of you, and never once wilts on the counter!
Underneath all the pretty, it is a serious kitchen towel. Flour sack cotton is lightweight and absorbent, so it dries a stack of wet glasses without smearing them, and it softens a little more with every wash. Drape it over rising dough, line a basket of biscuits with it, or keep it on the oven handle where you will reach for it ten times a day. Give it to the gardener who talks to her plants, or to anyone whose windowsill is running out of room.
